
About the Role
Supply Chain Associate – Global Product Planning
Remote: Must Be Local To Thousand Oaks, CA.
As a Global Supply Chain Associate, you will be an integral part of the Global Supply Chain organization; supporting the development and maintenance of end-to-end global supply plans, ensuring transportation compliance, providing supply chain reporting, and maintaining master data integrity using our planning and execution systems.
Key Responsibilities:
Business process owner and manager of global product planning processes
- Global Temperature Excursion Form generation
- Supply chain reporting to Tax and Treasury departments
- Global Master Data reporting
- Working Cell Bank inventory reporting
Other Responsibilities:
Support with reporting and documentation functions within the global planning team.
Requirements
Basic Qualifications:
-High school/GED + 2 years work or military experience OR
-Associate’s + 6 months work or military experience
Must Haves:
1) Proficiency in Controlled Document Management (GDP/CDOCS) - Experienced in maintaining compliance and accuracy in regulated documentation systems
2) Strong Analytical & Excel Skills - Skilled in creating reports and analyzing data using Excel
3) End-to-End Supply Chain & Planning Knowledge - Understanding of supply chain flows, demand and supply plans
