
About the Role
• Create, maintain and execute communication and enablement plans
• Meet with sponsors, stakeholders, and project teams to align goals and execute deliverables
• Draft, review, and send content related to change plan
• Analyze feedback and make recommendations for agile updates to the change strategy
• Identify potential disruptions, assess impacts, and develop mitigation tactics
Requirements
• Experience with IT infrastructure/ digital workplace program and enterprise technology implementations (experience with change management in this area)
• Looking for employees of corporation experience- not consultants
• Demonstrated Change Management Skills, including developing actionable and targeted communication and enablement plans
• Project execution experience is mandatory but not looking for PM, looking for change manager
• Senior leadership experience/ ability to facilitate workshops and work across stakeholders
