Glen Howell
Glen Howell is the majority owner. President and CEO of TechTrueUp bringing new HR Delivered products to TechTrueUp clients and new leadership to drive growth and organizational change.
Over 25 years leading change in progressive high energy people driven environments. Providing proven "HR Delivered" products with process improvement, compensation planning, benefits development and successful matrix team environment skills. Expert in multiple HRIS systems including SAP ERP Human Capital Management, PeopleSoft and all major HRIS systems. Global Military Initiative Expert. Linking diverse workforces to community minded employers.


Director of Human Resources
Kimberly Luzarraga
Kim is a Human Resources director with experience both in and out of the military. She joined the Army Reserves after high school and has been deployed to Iraq. Kim earned her bachelor’s degree in criminal justice but her passion for HR, kept her out of that field. She loves all things water, boating, fishing, & diving and spending time with her family.
Fun Fact: She is a huge Harry Potter fan and rereads the books multiple times a year.

Nick Amato
Nick is the Director of major accounts looking after some of Techtrueup’s biggest account and have been with the company over 10 years, he has 25 years industry experience providing accounts & recruitment services to major Pharmaceutical, Biotechnology, Energy, Telecommunications and IT clients.
Fun fact: Nick is a qualified soccer coach and a big fan of EPL soccer team Crystal Palace and WWE!

David Solkhon
David was born in London UK, he started working in the Recruitment industry in 2000. In 2001, he was transferred to the Dallas, TX office to support the Telecommunications GSM rollout in USA and never looked back. he has supported many clients over the years with their contract and permanent hiring requirements placing over a thousand candidates. In 2017, David started working with TechTrueUp as an Account Director, managing key accounts, developing business and building the recruiting team with a key focus to expand our veteran pool both internally and externally. In 2019, he re-located to San Diego to help drive business on the West coast and continue to provide top level service to our key accounts.
Fun fact: The family enjoys taking road trips to the National parks and on one memorable trip just before Covid, they took in 8 parks across CA, UT, CO, NM, NV and AZ in a 12 day period.

William Jacob
William Jacobs, a seasoned professional from Xenia, Ohio, brings 20 years of military experience to our team. His journey began in 2001 as a Communication Specialist in the United States Army, including two deployments in Iraq and international assignments. In 2011, he transitioned to Army Recruiting, amassing 14 years of expertise. Committed to challenges and helping others, William is a sports enthusiast, supporting teams like the Cincinnati Bengals, Cincinnati Reds, and Ohio State Football.
Fun fact: He enjoys an active lifestyle, values family time, and boasts two perfect 300 games in bowling.

AJ is a seasoned Recruiter with over a decade of experience, specializing in talent acquisition, full desk recruiting management, and HR consulting across various sectors, including DoD, Energy & Infrastructure, Retail, and executive roles. He is passionate about helping both job seekers and employers achieve their goals.
Fun fact: Outside of his professional life, AJ is a dedicated father of three, an enthusiast of biking, self-taught cooking, and exploring new culinary experiences.

Andrew Martin, Recruiter at TechTrueup, brings 15 years of marketing and social media experience, with prior roles as a Social Media Manager and Marketing Manager in New York City. He's recognized as a change agent and contributor. Andrew, a West Virginia University graduate, has dedicated 20 years to volunteer and leadership roles at the Urban League of Morris County, helping young individuals develop into productive citizens.
Fun fact: He's an avid lover of sports and cares for others, from family, friends and coworkers.

Matthew Millet
Matthew has been in Recruiting since 2018 and has recruited in Healthcare, Hospitality, and Corporate Recruiting. He has a passion for helping his fellow Veterans and transitioning military personnel! Matthew has been in the Army Reserves for nearly 15 years with plans to retire upon hitting the 20 year mark! Matthew is a proud Husband, Father, and Veteran who loves helping other people.
Fun fact: Matthew is learning about new cultures and languages, and continuing to develop his self-taught woodworking skills!

Alex recently relocated to the picturesque state of Florida to pursue a master's degree. His journey includes four years of dedicated service in the U.S. Air Force, spanning from 2018 to 2022, with a noteworthy seven-month deployment in Qatar. This military experience has shaped his work ethic and adaptability.
Fun fact: He enjoys talking walks with his Australian Shepard.
